8th Floor

There are certain levels we come across before we achieve the dream or the aim we desire of, I am not saying this because i achieved something today but i noticed something today.

Today i was late not because of the usual traffic problems but because i ignored the alarm thinking of a call from customer care people and you never get a lift on the ground floor when you don't reach on time, "Lets take the stairs " that's what i said convincing myself to walk or rather say climb to the 8th floor,
But on my way from the ground floor to the 8th floor i found out this is what happens in every journey to the destination, when i took the first step towards the first floor, my thoughts were like "only 8 floors will reach in a sec", that's what happens when you dream of something, your thoughts will be the same "I ll first do this and that, and Bang i ll achieve this" ,

And then you find out it's not as simple as you were thinking like it happened to me when i reached the first floor i said "Still 7 floors to go i should have waited for the lift why don't i take it from here", you lose confidence at the initial phase, you think of taking the other way, you regret being walking this path

But the next step change your thoughts likewise i reached the second floor having some mixed thoughts "6 floors more and i will be there, but if i take a lift from here " "For lift i need to wait for 5 more minutes and i can reach in sometime" Similarly when you achieve a little step towards your dream, you sense a small flame of confidence igniting within you.

Third floor and the universal quality of everyone "Laziness" struck me saying "Enough man you can take a lift from here", when you achieve a little step you started feeling like this much is enough from the bottom at least i reached till here what else i need, but you need to go beyond this thoughts to reach the point you desire for, and to reach that 8th floor i need to go the 4th floor skipping my thoughts of waiting for lift.

Most confusing phase will be the mid-way when you reach at the point where one right step and you will be more close to that dream and one wrong step you will be lost in the path, that's what happened on fourth floor if i take a lift from 4th floor it will stop at 5th, 6th and 7th all the floors which means i will be more late i need to keep moving ahead and go to the 5th floor.

When you take one step ahead from the point you are standing on the mid-way it is actually your first step towards the dream or the aim you desire the flame within you rises, each step taken will be the motivation for the next step to be taken.

5th floor showed the sign board of 6th, 6th showed me the 7th and 7th straight way lead me to the 8th
I saw towards the display on the lift it showed ground floor, I reverse back my 10 minutes and thought if i wouldn't have taken the first step at that time i would still be at the bottom waiting for that life to take me here.

There are no such lift's in life you just need to keep walking your path having patience, building the strength and one day you will be on that 8th floor saying yourself with the sense of achievement
"I did it"

Happy Independence Day :)

Dekho ye subah aa gayi..
Azadi ke geet gun guna gayi...
Mere maan ke uss kone main wo kuch baatein wo suna gayi...

Apne maan se tu azad he...
Chupa tujhe main ek fulad he...
Chood de tu darr ke jeena
Tu iss bharat maa ki aulad he...

Bandhi huvi inn zanjeero ko taud de...
Yu vyarth hi neerash hone chood de..
Fella de apne baahe aaj khul ke tu bol de....

Iss maan se main azad hu...
Uss darr se main azad hu...
Vartman main jee raha hu...
Uss kal se main azad hu...
Na rok sakega koi,
Na tauk sakega koi,
Yeh vishwas he mera,
Aaj un sab se main azad hu...

The Way I saw

"God" i said to myself when i realized i was standing since last half an hour waiting for a rickshaw to drop at my place, but believe me when it's raining in ahmedabad convincing a rickshaw is as difficult as convincing a girl that she was wrong and going through this not so interesting things my eyes fell on a kid, though the vision was quite blurred due to rains but the lights of the vehicles behind me acknowledged me that he is running in the puddle of water splashing the chocolaty water all over.
I was wondering why would the kid be in so hurry, why is he running but before i ask more questions to myself, he answered all of them by taking out a paper boat from his pocket and making it float through the flow of water, smiling with his achievement. Before i could have a more glance of his moments, a rickshaw came in front of me shouting "Shyamal!!", and you can't say no in this season, specially to a rickshaw wala in ahmedabad. and before i adjust myself in the not so comfortable ride to my place, three students hushed in laughing and making fun of each other, "I told it will be holiday in tution today" said the guy sitting in the corner tapping the shoulder of the guy beside him. "I know buddy but we would not have so much fun if you haven't listened to me" he replied giving a high-five to both of his friends and talking about their adventures of the day, I kept on listening like a wall with ears but somebody knocked this wall, ( i mean i just reached my place ). And the rain welcomed me with its shower as soon i step ahead on the lane to my place. " So disgusting atmosphere", the words sounded crystal clear in spite of the noisy surroundings but before  i could check who is it, i saw a man wearing a formals coming from his office, asking me "Isn't it?" he asked looking at me, "Ya?!?!" but before i can say something more, he started again " This rain always target the office going people, i wore this new shirt today and it just spoiled it, I just hate this rain ", "It happens" i said and ran inside my place to save myself from this angry young man.

But observing all the things on my way back from office, i just realized how the way of looking at the scenario changes through the phase of life,

We enjoy the rain just with a paper boat when we are children, Friends are always mandatory to go out in rain when we grow up and finally when we are mature enough to feel and enjoy this amazing beauty of rain we start hating it.

Well it's person perspective to look at the world but today i got fortunate to look at the rain through the eyes of three different people.

And I guess that's how everything goes "The Way you see"

Cave of darkness

Koshish kara rahi thi ye ankhe uss ee dekhne ko..
Rauk raha tha kaun jane isko...

Tarash rahe the ye kaan awaz uska
Sunn ne ko...
Rauk raha tha kaun jane isko...

Badh rahe the ye kadam hazil karne manzil ko...
Rauk raha tha kaun jane isko..

Nikal rahe the sabd dil se iss rukavat hatane ko...
Rauk raha tha kaun jane isko..

Socha sab ne milke fariyad iski karte he hum apne dimag ko...
Khola dimag rukavat bane huve iss taale ko...

One last ride

"The Struggle of life continues irrespective of the place you are " ,

With this simple thought i was on my one last ride to pune , assuming it would as simple as packing the bags and sit in the bus but believe me it's way more difficult to leave a place which taught you some of the important lessons of life. when i came here for the first time i carried just bag of clothes, a laptop and a box full of hope thinking how will i survive in this place without friends or rather say without everyone but it all begin with bus ride from room to institute , a evening walk on the streets exploring myself , set of interviews teaching how to digest defeat and much more, it didn't made me weak but changed me to a stronger person then i was before. though i am not achieving a grand thing from this place but the things this place taught i can definitely say no one could have ever taught me. Well not with over confidence but with a belief , Whenever the story of my struggle will be open to world , pune would be a important chapter of it.

Though officially it would my last ride to pune but i will keep coming to you to learn more , to explore more. Keep me motivated and bless with more strength then you gave me till date.

Thank you pune :-)

A evening walk

Socha ki iss sham ko haseen banao..
apne maan se ek kahani banao...
nazre padi uss panchi pe socha usko hi ek kalakar banao...
usko hero walo wo chal sikhao ..
Wo samne bethi chidya ke pyar me usko giravu...
Wo hero wali style me pyar ka izhar karao...
Dono ko unke sansar me le jao....
Dukhi kahani kon banaye khushiyo barish dono pe barshavu...

answer mujhe  bas tu hi padha de...

Ye ban na he
wo ban na he nahi karunga
